Q.Why Can't I pay for my order thru the website?
A. We want to be able to offer our customers the best shipping prices and services. Since we carrying 1000's of items ranging from small packages to large freight and we felt it was best to set-up a simple "Quote Cart" system that would allow you to add your items into a shopping cart and follow a simple checkout process that will email us exactly what you are looking to buy along with some simple information about yourself. We then can search various shipping providers to get the best prices available for you.
Q. Is my order secure?
A. Since we are not collecting any payment information or processing your order thru any online payment gateway there is no security risks. Actually we will not process any order until we have found the best shipping prices and have contacted you directly. Once we have contacted you we will then to proceed to process your order thru our in-store system
Q. How long will me items stay in my shopping cart?
A. Items will remain in your cart until the shopping session is terminated, expires, or you close your browser window.
Q. Can I place an Order by phone, fax, or email?
A. Absolutely! When placing an order thru the above methods please remember to include all your personal details (name, phone, email) as well as shipping information. Q. What about Taxes?
A. Our 'Quote Cart' does not calculate any taxes. We felt that it was best to leave that out since we will need to contact you directly to finalize your order. We will then determine at that point based on the product and shipping destintaion what applicable taxes will need to be added.

A.We currently will ship any product anywhere within North America.
Q. How long to ship my order?
A.Once we have contacted you to complete your order, if we have everything in-stock at that time we will make every effort to process and ship your items within 24 - 48 hrs.
